The RMTU is a union for workers within the transport logistics supply chain. We are the only Union for workers in the rail industry and the union of choice for port workers. In our Union all members have equal rights, whatever their role. The Union is driven by what is widely and deeply felt by members.

Amid a rapidly changing world and increasing competition it is important that transport supply chain workers are protected by a strong, well-resourced union, specialising in all aspects of their industry: rail, road and ports.

The structure of the RMTU gives all its members the opportunity to be fully involved in any decision which may affect their jobs and conditions of employment.

By joining the RMTU, you will have the opportunity to elect your workplace union representative (delegate) as well as branch and national union representatives.

You will have a voice at all levels of the RMTU.
